I have tried this product for a long time, I can not take any product that contains vitamin C made in the lab , this product is the best choice for my case because it is whole food form and it’s organic .Taste and smell is good Strongly recommend it
I had read about the benefits of whole food vitamin C over regular ascorbic acid, but had never tried it. This product is the first one I've tried, and I am very impressed. It is a very gentle C, partly because the dose is less than regular AA, but also because it is a natural compound. I have adrenal fatigue, and will definitely continue to take whole food vitamin C to help make cortisol.
I love that these are whole food vitamin C, which is most helpful to the body; they are a bit pricey, but I imagine they are more readily used by the body.

An actual whole food vit c supplement. I've always just used vit c that is ascorbic acid. Whole food form is always better quality
I have a hard time swallowing pills. When these arrived, I was a bit nervous because of the size. No worries. They're coated to go right down. I love that the ingredients are clean too. Win, win!
Good ingredients and good size pill, stomach also feels fine after. It just works out a bit pricey for me compared to previous Vit C I got.
