I’ve been using them in addition to another product for arthritis containing msm and chondoitrin, as it has been excellent. I use them in addition, on days when it gets hard but maybe they would also work on their own…? My joints have improved so much since starting to use these.
You can't expect a magic pill after a lifetime of sports wear and tear but Celadrin is by far the best product to help your knees. It takes a few weeks to start working but l now have a normal life with no knee pain and normal mobility. Great quality product for all ages!

I’m not sure if this worked or not but I’ve heard good things before. The only thing I would say is that it has palm oil in it which I don’t think it’s good for anyone to be consuming not good for the environment.
Great product in combination with PEA help me a lot for pain in joins for my Rheumatic arthritis. I like a lot. Great quality for that price. I see effect after I drink it more than 2 weeks. My knee and other joints look better and I can walk normal.
