Great value for the size! Ingredients are great because we shouldn't take just folic acid alone is best to have b complex with it to get the full benefits of energy for good metabolism. These are very effective for my nervous system as it helps alleviate my neuropathy. The potency must be great as I can feel the difference in my energy levels when I take it. There is no niacin flush at all. The capsules have no taste but the package does have a slight smell so don't stick your nose in it lol!

good quality b complex with perfect size with very high vitamin content . I Still take niacin for flush, the smell and taste are classic vitamin b complex and not pleasing for me . the effect and ingredients is just what I'm looking for with high potency and ramps up my metabolism giving me great energy . will for sure buy more ofthis affordable b complex

This product stinks but that's normal with Vitamin B tablets. The tablet is easy to swallow and hả a broad range of vitamins with high potency. My nails have grown much stronger and definitely improvement in my hair growth. I do take collagen supplements with this which seem to be working really well together!
Use it to boost my energy and the effect is great. It is high quality and the ingredients are helpful for my age too 40+. Have used it for less than a month but so far so good. I do not use it every day but on alternate days and on the missed days I take other supplements. Packaging and delivery were great too. Was delivered earlier than stated. You can smell the ingredients when opening but is ok for me and no after taste but the yellow color in urine which I think is normal since it is a high potency complex b vit. Tablet size is ok to swallow
