As a dietary supplement for adults 18 years of age and over, take 1 capsule daily with food or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Pregnant or lactating women, diabetics, hypoglycemics and people with known medical conditions and/or taking drugs should consult with a licensed physician and/or pharmacist prior to taking dietary supplements. Do not exceed recommended serving. Exceeding recommended serving may cause serious adverse health effects.
