This product is excellent, I have mild arthritis and the turmeric has given me certain relief from joint pain it has very immediate results and one capsule a day has kept me pain free for quite some time! The quality of the shipping, packaging and container are excellent as well.

Have been taking this brand for 6 months now and decided to try the extra strength for this round. So far the 500 mg dosage has done its job in helping my finger joints.

Can’t see results yet (as it’s long term) but there’s no horrible taste or smell, and the size of the capsule is good.
