I'm on my third order of Youtheor's "Fat Burner." I rotate it with their other product, "Slimming Citrus Fruit," which is also fatburner but with different ingredients. Both are fantastic; and, I hope iherb adds the "slimming citrus fruit" to their offerings! The product line is natural and vegan which is important to me and not a harsh, chemical-ladened fatburner like what's on trend these days. No jitters or nausea,etc. -- no side effects! Price comparable, and I'm happy with it.
The path I was on wasn't going to get me there, so I decided to try Fat burner I could feel a difference in the first two days. And from there I've lost 15 pounds including exercise every day. I feel lighter and less inflamation and bloating. I'm eating less carbs more fruits and veggies and 24 oz of water after every meal. This is also helping me with the cravings. I read enough about the main ingredient chromium and decided to give it a try. It did control my cravings and food intake I started noticing right away I lost weight. It was fast in the first week. I decided to stop taking it and switch to a lower dose of chromium since I will take it everyday. This is 200mcg which studies say its safe to take on a daily basis however I want to go lower just to be on the safe side. READ about chromium side effect and decide what's best for you body.

I like the natural ingredients however when I took it on an empty stomach in the morning it made me sick and threw up, with mild diarrhea later in the day. I have taken other supplements with higher Capsimax content with no side effect, not sure why this one made me feel sick
So far it's effective with me. And it's easy to take. But at the same you have to exercise and watch your diet..
I use it for more than one month, it is a great helper with healthy food and exercise. Since I use it, my body fat has gone down on my smart scale.
