Nice folic acid supplement. Size is very small so it's super easy to swallow, doesn't upset my stomach. I'm using it as pre-pregnancy vitamin, so can't comment a lot on the effects. Great that packaging is almost for a year. Feels like a quality product.

This is a great product for a number of reasons! Only if the first being just how small of a tablet it is. Super easy to swallow! Otherwise it’s great if you can’t absorb folic acid. I used this while pregnant to ensure I was getting enough folic acid.
