I rated the product 4/5 only b:c I haven’t used it very long. The first 2 days using it I had a headache, it states that could be a side effect. I read more reviews and took the advice of one to start with a lower dose. I cut the pill in 3 parts and spread taking it throughout the day. It helped and no headaches. So far so good!

I found it very good to keep at bay diabetes in my mum, she already take drugs and this herb helps her to keep it further down especially when she cannot control her diet, I found this herb more effective than other ones with my mum.
