I am intensely allergic to dust, and I have partially or completely lost my sense of smell for the past five years. Since loss of smell is an early sign of covid, I wanted to do everything I could this year to regain my sense of smell so I would know if I lose it as a symptom of covid. I started using this spray in conjunction with xclear. I use xclear in the morning and at night and I use one pump of this every 2-3 hours. I can smell again! I didn’t realize how much I missed it. This product is not harsh at all (as opposed to xclear, which is a little like sniffing pool water into your nose.) this is very gentle and moisturizing. I feel that my nose works better when I use both, but I did get this one first and it helped immensely on its own. If your issues aren’tas server as mine, you might get away with just using this one. I would certainly try this first as it isn’tas intense to use. good package
