This stuff works great for me. It actually completely dissolves in water, is completely clear after dissolved and has no taste whatsoever. I mix 3 scoops in about a quart of water, put the lid on and shake it up, put it in the fridge for the night before I take it. I take 1/4 of the mixture each day in glass water or koolaid and it last me a couple weeks. This stuff is so effective that if I miss taking even one day I can tell the next day that I forgot to add it to my usual morning drink. I'm no a chemist so I can't comment on it's quality compared to what the ingredients specify but I can say I've tried many others and this product really works for me and is the only fiber I will use. It's getting a little pricey from when I originally found it but still worth it.
