More vineager than teriyaki, and more sour than sweet and salty normally when you hear "Teriyaki" you'd be expecting something that's like salty and sweet but this one is just... watery and sour not good and would not recommend probably i'd go buy one of those coconut amino based sauces, the ones made in Thailand are definitely of higher quality assurance than this.
