My husband's ALT was always a little bit higher around 45-50 although it was within the normal range (0-50). The number didn't budge even though he tried milk thistle, dandelion root and other liver detox over the past 3-4 years. However, after using NOW choline and inositol for about 4-5 months when he retested again we saw that his ALT was reduced to 38! That was very encouraging. Finally a liver detox product which worked for him. I will give an update when he retests again.
I take this choline during pregnancy because it helps with baby development too besides prenatal. The capsules size is easy to swallow. I bought this for second time already because the quality of ingredients in this supplement is so good for pregnant women. I would recommend this to all pregnant women.
