I love Nordic Naturals, and thought this would be awesome, as it has the extra focus factor. However, turns out adaptogens/bacopa make me feel incredibly fatigued. For most, this probably won't be a problem, but I just can't recommend this product. I do, however, recommend their other formulas.

I bought this for my thirteen year old son who has focus issue. He has problem swallowing pills so had only successfully taken these three times by squeezing out the content since we got them. He hates the taste so it has been a struggle to get him to take. Will try the pill swallowing cup.

The gel capsule is kinda big but my son can tolerate it well. Has a bit of a fishy after taste. Tends to clump together so keep it in a cool place. As with other Nordic Naturals products, quality is good as well as the ingredients. I use this for my son who has ADHD. Didn't notice that much of a difference in his focus though.
