great quality product, has complete ingredients. high in antioxidant great for my age. i was feeling sluggish lately, but taking this daily makes me hood mood, has great potency. package came perfect. it has mild taste but tolerable. big size tablet but can swallow. i really recommend this has great effect for our health.
I did my research and found this vitamin at the local health food store. They were over $20 a bottle. I found them here at Iherb for a much lower price. I believe this vitamin is the best multivitamin for me. They are somewhat large to swallow but I make it happen.
