After 30 years on prescribed T3 prescription it was recommended to me that I try and herbal support for my thyroid instead. I did a lot of research and discovered that Gugulipid by Nature's Plus where is the most highly recommended supplement for low thyroid. I was concerned that it would not be sufficient to offset my hypothyroid symptoms, but at my age I prefer to take the fewest artificial medications possible. After one week I noticed a great improvement in my symptoms ( I had run out of my prescription in a couple of weeks earlier and was not looking forward to trying to find in natural path to prescribe compounded T-3 which is very difficult to find in this country and very expensive). After two weeks the benefits of this supplement appears to be very good. And highly recommend it to anyone who struggles with thyroid support issues struggles with low thyroid support. Very good ingredients! Very easy to tolerate.

Bought to lower high cholesterol due to Hashimotos, Ive since learnt that Guggul is used as a thyroid stimulant in traditional Indian Ayurvedic medicine. Its been shown to improve thyroid function in mice. It apparently increases iodine uptake by the thyroid and increases the conversion of T4 to T3 in the liver. All good for Hashimotos sufferers! Its thought that its this effect on thyroid regulation that leads to lowered cholesterol levels. Currently taking with a range of other supplements for Hashimotos. Relatively large tablets but I find them easy to swallow and no negative effects after several days use. A good quality high dose with extended release, my preferred format.

I have been taking this product for over 3 months. It was recommended to me by 2 doctors to help with my cholesterol. I'm happy to say after my lab work I am 51 points down.

This turned out to be a pretty good product. My triglycerides are still high, but much lower than they were 2 months ago. They are bigger than I expected, but not hard to swallow. Luckily, there is no unpleasant smell.

I take this medication on the advice of my Ayurveda doctor and I am very happy. I have already bought Guggul from another company, but this one is the most profitable in price and has the same good quality. Importantly, the dosage is high and you can only take one capsule a day! It is very comfortable.

I use this product to help wit weight loss. I take 1 tablet in the morning on an empty stomach. I believe it helps.

I take it along with other joint support supplements, so far so good.
