I've used other natural sinus spray products over the years with varying results. This one is very good and I like the ingredients. I may purchase more but I'm not happy about the small amount in the bottle for the price. So 4 stars instead of 5.

Better than any of the prescription. I was getting the"rebound effect", from prescription and was in trouble. Nothing was working at all. Thank goodness this natural product arrived the same day. I tried it immediately and voila, I could Breathe again within a few minutes.
this is wonderfull stuff it does work I have bad sinus problems so for yrs Ive been using sudafed spray for my nose which is chemicles so needed to get away from that I found this on IHERB and its lovely it takes alittle longer to work cause my nose has been used to chemicle spray
