I find this and the cold & flu tincture really effective. I give both to my kids when they are starting to get ill and give it to them regularly as per the instructions and I have found (so far) that I don't really have to give to them for more than a day as it seems to work quickly and effectively. I am already on my second bottles and keep them on hand for the winter sniffles. I have also given the cold & flu one as a preventative if the kids have been around sick people. As always with these things it is hard to say with certainty how effectively they work but it is my belief that we have avoided getting sicker as a result of using it.
