This is a great pre-workout formula! Especially if you are someone who works out early in the morning this is a great one to take. Would highly recommend taking it mainly if you are doing heavy cardio training or hypertrophy weight training. If you are someone doing strength training primarily with low-volume I would say take something with a little less caffeine. Start with 1/4 scoop, you do not need 1 full scoop unless you want the jitters. Like most pre-workout, your face will tingle for 5min after full dose.
