These are noodle substitutes for a low carb diet that misses pasta. They are bland but hold sauce and are less limp than other substitutes so they are our preference. They are still limp without bite but no unnatural ingredients and few carbs. We cover with a good sauce which is key. They can taste good cold too. If eaten as leftovers One package barely serves 2 .
If you are low-carb, KETO, gluten-free etc - these are a godsend! They taste NOTHING like pasta - so you need some cooking skills, perfect for sauces, stir-fry, salads [with a lot of yummy dressing] etc! They blend well with flavor and are really simple to use, and one portion is just 1g carbs.
BUT, They do not work with condiments, like ketchup, that will just highlight a strange flavor. So if you're looking for something that would taste like pasta, noodles etc - this isn't it!
A bit pricey, esp when the same product type in Asia costs less than a dollar - I suppose its still worth it till they get more competition and lower their prices :)

so easy and fast to use! and such a big portion! the whole bag (it says 2 portions but I do all at once) is 10 calories! and it literally takes a minute to prepare. such a great alternative to regular pasta for almost no calories! cant get enough!
