While it is hard to know if this particular formula actually gets to your Mitochondria and does what it says, is hard to comment on with accuracy but I know I have never felt so much inner and outer energy in such a long time. I bought this tablet for my Husband who suffers from Alzheimer's and he too has so much more energy. And it is easier to see a sedentary person actually get up and want to walk the dog with me.
