With a mitoch.condition I have found mitochondrial support is very helpful for me, it makes a huge difference, not just in my muscles, but energywise, brainwise etc. I prefer MitoQ*) - it works wonders for me, the first days of use I was able to get up quite easily to move from my bed into my electric wheelchair, where this was very difficult without, could even stand up which hadn't been possible anymore for quite a while and I got progressively worse - but is too expensive for me and even though the effect isn't as drastic this is a great alternative for more energy and strength for occasional times when I'm able to do something. * can't use it often though because of other conditions that make me too energetic and able to do stuff that worsens those other conditions unfortunately...
