I take them since a few days - together with GABA in the evening and tryptophan in the afternoon as well as theanin in the morning and it seems the combination works great for my sleep. I don’t know if this little Tablet with casein could do the trick alone (I cannot believe that this small amount of casein will make me sleep the whole night) but it seems that it supports it somehow. They work better when I do not have a heavy meal in the evening.

This Bioactive Milk Peptides capsules surely help me to go to sleep. I used wake up couple of times at night and have had hard time going back to sleep but it helps me to going back to sleep easier than before. Hope taking they can increase the peptides concentration in the body. As learnt, bioactive peptides may help to increase the receptor of GABA. That's why it is beneficial to take both at the same time e.g. to also have GABA. Be honest, it may take time to see the effects but it worths trying as they are peptides after all.
I bought this to try, since people were noting better/more restful sleep. So I took 2 capsules at night every now and then. I'm not sure it -really- helps though, maybe it does but maybe it's placebo, I can't say I've noticed a lot, I have to say. So for me, not yet sure about this one.
