I have only seen improvements since taking probiotics. It is best to take on empty stomach, a few minutes before breakfast. These Probiotics and the product Candex is part of my yeast control protocol. You can always take the self test at candidawellness.xxx but i always come back to these two products. They work. I've spent a lot of money trying to find items that would work with my yeast and these two are the best. Hope they work for you.

It's good so far, but I like the quality of Now 25 billion better. Good ingredients and size for the package. Good for digestion and diabetes and people with stomach problems and constipation . Great absorption and benefits for the gut. Good supplement. No taste. Can be taken with or without food.

The probiotics I’ve been using for years are no longer manufactured and this was very close in strength and ingredients. Seems to be very good quality because my belly still feels good and the price is even lower than what I was paying elsewhere. I recommend a daily probiotic for digestive health. Very Happy Customer!
