a great supplement for me to use. I take it a few times a week, since I take so many. In my 60's and do not take any big pharma on a regular basis a few only as needed... I have CFS and FM and General Anxiety. I keep controlled with supplements like magnesium malate and glynicate. Keto way of eating. Keeping blood sugar low sure helps my joints too
This is one of my go to's in the fall season! Use at the 1st sign of any symptoms for cold, nasal, sinus infection, even scratchy throat. It is meant to be used a lot with the initial onset of an infection, doing so allows the herbs to work more effectively. As with many tinctures, the taste is always very strong. That being said, I prefer tinctures because they are absorbed more quickly into the blood stream - by passing delayed absorption time in the gut.
been using on my 6 year old and it worked - stopped the cold on its tracks. using on my 2.5 year old and it seems to be working also. with my 6 year old i put in water, with my 2.5 year old i put in juice - they both take it with no issues.

I believe it does work except my young nephew to take more due to the strong alcohol. I believe he will fully recovered if he was will to take it for another day as I saw a vast improvement
I first tried this product at the suggestion of a friend. It works wonders at keeping colds away. As soon as a sore throat creeps up, I take it and the next day, I'm better. Definitely helps one's immune system.
Take this several times per day at the onset of illness and it reduces the duration of not feeling well. Don't take too late at night, messes with sleep. Taste is bad but I've got used to it
