I often use these nori sheets to fix myself a quick lunch when I'm running errands or doing chores around the house. A little avocado, maybe some of last night's leftover chicken and a little heap of kimchi rolled into one of these sheets keeps my energy up for the afternoon. It's a light alternative to a traditional sandwich and of course the product can be used to make top notch make and hand rolls as well, which we often do. I purchase this snack often!

This seaweed is my favorite since it doesn't have too many added oils or salt. I use it with my sushi rolls & bakes. The sheets are easy to handle and cut or break apart into smaller pieces as needed. IHerb carries this for cheaper than I've seen in real stores.

Believe it or not, I buy this seaweed because my cat loves it as a snack. I cut it up into 1/2" pieces for him and whenever he wants some he goes into the kitchen near the cabinet and meows. I read that seaweed is very healthy for cats.
