another good quality omega 3 product. good composition. no taste, and nicely packaged. package in reality looks little different. it is the best workout supplement available in my opinion. if you are training and watch you diet, its a great addition, and will benefit your fitness level. size of pills are pretty large, but not hard to swallow. again - if you take only 1 supplement, it probably should be omega 3.
