Great supplement for alot more than just pump at the gym! The quality is good but be careful to not get moisture in the box. The taste is OK, goes down easy and has somewhat of an aftertaste that is not too bad. This supplement has HUGE benefit with me getting off a benzo and nicotine. It resets tolerance and potentiates weed. Good antidepression effect.
