It does the job. Been using Super Pump on and off for years. No prickles and nasty side effects from it, even if I dont use it regularly. Might not be the hit some people look for. But I find it to be far more manageable, particularly if I train later in the day. Doesnt mess with the sleep. Most of the time ;)

I had used SuperPump years ago as a teen and it was great, but this week I've started on a tub of the raspberry and it has such an odd aftertaste that upsets my stomach that it makes me think it's been contaminated by rodent waste or something. The first couple of times I had a scoop it was something I had forgotten about after 10 min or so, but after this 3rd time now I can't ignore it and I have thrown this out with the garbage
SuperPumpMax gets the job done. Something like this gives me the energy I need to finish my training. I love the taste of fruit punch blast.
