As a mid-aged, I've took it for a year and find helpful to my memory and mind. The only thing is the pill is a little bit large, and I did take some time to get used to it. It would be a very good supplement for fish oil and omega 3 if you have no time to consume fish or relating food.

I care a lot about the quality of the fish oil supplements I take, and have tried quite a few brands. This is by far the best. Even the capsule smells really good to me, somewhat like spirulina, which is likely from the seaweed extract in the supplement. The capsules are strawberry flavored as well. The flavor of the oil inside is fresh, I did not taste any rancidity. These contain antioxidants from seaweed in addition to the fish oil, which have many benefits such as anti aging properties and reducing inflammation. Highly recommend for good health!
I like the quality ingredients, the packaging, the high omega value, and the added xanthin but I do not like the taste. I opened the package and immediately was hit with a candy like berry scent. I was not expecting it and did not know it was going to be highly scented and taste like fake berries. Not a fan
Passed this on to my mum as i heard that the main ingredient in this helps to improve memory and so far mum felt that it was working. Will continue to try for a couple more months to see if it has a lasting effect.
