I feel it is working to give me a better night's sleep with the Zinc Orotate and healing my infected legs with the zinc Acetate. I haven't been taking it long enough to know if it is working to make me younger and helping my liver to function better yet with the zinc Picolinate.
I'm taking this for immunity. I have gut issues and I'm hoping it will help with that but haven't been taking it long enough to see any benefits yet but they're coming.
My husband take this daily with Quercetin, Vit C and D to stay healthy. Seems to be working. He has not been sick in years.

i usually purchase zinc picollinate but decided to try this formulation of 3 different types of zinc. great value for a 30mg zinc.
