The serving size is 2 capsules a day. They smell like lemon and are tasteless. Only con is this is the biggest bottle I’ve ever seen and the biggest pill I’ve ever seen in my life. It’s such a horse pill it’s half the size of my finger! Although, I’ve been buying from country life brand exclusively a while now as they’re very good quality and value. This product has (in 1.5 months) improved my bloodwork so much that my physician wants me to bring in the empty bottle so she can share it with her other patients. Not only did it bring my bad cholesterol down over 60 points (this time - can't wait to see it in 6 months) - it also brought my triglycerides down over 400 points ! Granted I stopped frying food as often - But, remember, I had just started taking this about 1.5 months prior to my 6 months bloodwork. Please, if you are on the fence about this product, JUST DO IT ! I am so glad I did.
amazing omega quality. very easy to take, as the supplements are in softgel form (not liquid) - easier for those travelling, such as me. no unpleasant fish taste or smell, as the lemon flavour successfully mask it.

The tablets are good as they don't smell like fish, but have this nice lemon taste and smell. They are quite big so might be difficult to swallow. Also a little bit expensive for this quantity. Although I will order again!
I have been taking this products many years. It is good quality and good amount of Omega 3. But if you need to regulate your consumption of vitamin B6, it's letter to take higher dose of Omega 3 only. too much consumption of vitamin B6 is not good. I was looking for a new omega supplement and I found this at my local Vitamin Shoppe today. For the money, it was the best brand available based on its ingredients and amount of 90 pills. I checked out the other brands and for their pricing and ingredients, it didn't make sense to buy another brand, and Country Life was the only brand that I found included Flax Seed Oil. An added bonus is that the pills have a nice lemony scent, not a fishy smell or taste. fish are good and the age for this product. first time i saw this really huge package and benefit. this also good for my hair and heart. reduce my inflammation and cholesterol
This is a reputable brand with high quality ingredients for fish oil and many others. However, I’ve made the wrong choice to purchase the 3-6-9 omega because apparently too much of 6-9 are no good for us.
My niece has dry skin and I recommended her to take this. She feels great and her skin is no longer dry.
High level concentrate of omegas, excellent quality and dosage. A must have.
