The best form of folate (please, avoid synthetic folic acid), good daily dose. It is essential for whose taking big doses of MB12. The tablets are big but no need to swallow as they are chewable with lite orange taste. I like that Country life uses natural ingredients for most of its supplements and dark glass bottles.

For people with elevated homocysteine low folate levels are often the culprit. Many people do not effectively metabolize folic acid or even folate from the diet and need the methylated form. These pleasant tasting, quick dissolving tablets are easy to take and have improved my folate status and decreased elevated homocysteine levels.
