However, remember to brush teeth after intake, otherwise it may cause tooth damage! This is one of the favourite Convita manuka honey product. For adult, can eat the Manuka 10+ when getting sick. Take Manuka 5+ as daily supplement. That is good for protect from sore throat and good for immune system.
