i love this natural authentic sea salt. i used to have water with sea salt to deal with my constipation issue. and it helps a lot. I just put 1/3 tp of this sea salt in 1 liter of warm water and drink them. next day I dont have any problems in the bathroom to empty my bowel.

This is one of the best unrefined sea salts in my opinion, which is based on the teachings of Drs. Robert Thompson MD, David Brownstein, and James DiNicolantino. It comes from the deep seas and thus is said to be as pure as it gets. I love the lightly sweet flavor, and I love that it contains all the natural minerals needed by our bodies. I use a salt grinder by the same company which works perfectly. I add it a couple times/day to my drinking water, especially during/after working out to replenish the minerals. I also use it to enhance the flavor of my filter coffee and to sprinkle over my food, such as eggs.

The quality of this salt is excellent. It's the perfect size to fill our salt container. The packaging is good because it keeps the salt dry. We use it in all of our recipes. It's good in our diet to provide minerals. The frequency we use it is every day. It tastes great.

this is a very good sea salt. much more benefits than pink salt. my repeated purchase. one down side it is alittle moist once expose to air so not very suitable to put in salt ginder. 4 stars as it is alittle pricey.

IT is very coarse.. I use for soup and things where it will dissolve. You can't for example add to ingredients for baking mix and sift with flour (or it will get stuck in the sifter)

one of the best salts I used. The doctor suggested me use it in my sun's food to balance the minerals in his body. Since then I never stopped using it.

I love this salt! It's a great way to add minerals into your diet. Very coarse, use a mill for salads, etc. But it can be used as it is in soups and other liquids. This is excellent for making Sole.

I had heard a lot about this salt and I had to try it. This salt has a very mild taste and no added iodine.

I started to discover the questions of how the salt is made. If you want the salt that willn't damage your health. You can buy this one or celtic salt, also good decision.

I got this salt for the hair scrub, it was important to me to have as many minerals as possible. The package is small, but for the scrub it will last half a year. My recipe: 1/2 cup of salt, 1/2 spoon coconut oil, 10 drops of your fav essencial oil (for hair loss i use mix of bay and lemon, or just lavender), 1 spoon of apple vinegar - shake all together in a can very good and use around 1 spoon once a week on scalp as a scrub.
