Great brand, they ahve very high quality products and I'm sure this one won't disappoint, as I have high amount of stress and those capsules have also other vitamins which supports cortisol level + GABA + L Theanine which known to calm down good. This box have high amount of capsules (120) which definitely will last for long (about 4 months) so definitely recommending it! Dosage is nice, ingredients are great (cGMP) so will update later.
