I love this honey. It is thick and rich and sweet and has a little spicy undertone that I appreciate. It seldom has a change to crystallize because I use it up so fast. I love putting a spoonful in my tea to sweeten it up and make it yummy. The fact that it is raw and not processed adds to it's quality which is excellent. Container always arrives full right to the top so you get what you pay for.

This raw honey is great for cooking, face masks, morning coffee, or just about anything. It's not too sweet and is shelf-stable. I like that it comes in a larger jar as I do not have to buy it as frequently. Honey is often too processed, which makes it too sweet. But raw seems to be just the right amount of sweetness. This is one of the better brands that I have gotten from iHerb and it is almost always in stock.
