Excellent QualityTasty and easy to cook. I thought these were in "flakes" similar to rolled oats, but they are actually crushed grains. They cook in exactly 10 minutes, becoming soft and creamy. I cook multiple servings in water with a bit of salt, and then divide into containers and store in the fridge. They keep will for at least 4 days. Every morning, I take one container, warm it or eat it cold, with some coconut cream and honey or maple syrup. Cinnamon, bee pollen and chia seeds are also great additions. It is a quick, easy to pack breakfast. If this is useful, please give a thumbs-up. Thank you.
I've been enjoying eating hot cereals in the mornings again and I love this Buckwheat from Bob's (I love everything from Bob's, they're the best!) because it's gluten free and has a wholesome nutty taste. I add a bit of ghee and and cinnamon and it's become one of my favorite hot grain cereals, I'll be eating this regularly to enjoy the delicious taste and wonderful benefits of buckwheat.
Tired of oatmeal? This cereal will rock your world! Cooks quick with water, add some butter and cinnamon or nutmeg at the finish. We add raisins, or frozen blueberries at the start to soften. Mmm, breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack... top with milk and maple syrup! Make a double batch because you will love this chilled, sliced and fried in butter to crispy outside creamy inside. Top with real maple syrup! YUM!
The quality is so great , ingredients is so clean, taste is amazing, size is perfect almost half a kilo I use in lots of recipes, buckwheat is so beneficial for the health, it is full of fiber and vitamins. Great option for breakfast , only 1/4 cup for good serving , my recommendation is cook it like oatmeal
The buckwheat cereal tastes wonderful and is great quality. I use it with tea for breakfast as an alternative to oatmeal. The benefits of buckwheat are profound. No added ingredients, just pure, creamy buckwheat. The size of the package lasts me about two weeks depending on the frequency I have it as a small serving. Add some raisins or blueberries with cream and it's so good. Love it.
