Liposomal vitamins are the latest thing and this one doesn't disappoint. It mixes well with water, tastes good and gives your body quality vitamins that will be absorbed. Vitamin B normally goes straight through your body and makes your urine bright yellow but I don't have any of that with this vitamin. Once opened, it needs to go in the fridge and lasts 45 days from there. The package is nice and has a small measuring cup for your dose.
I bought the first time. I know that the liposomal form settles better. drink with good taste, easy to drink. I bought it to support my immune system , nervous system and to give me energy. I liked the composition and the fact that it is a liquid form of vitamins. No need to swallow capsules.
This liposomal form of vitamin B complex is great stuff because it absorbs into the bloodstream. It does not get washed out into the urinary tract and turn urine bright yellow. Thus the vitamins get delivered where they are most needed. The taste is bearable as a liquid dose, but don't expect something yummy. I chase with a little water. The potency is higher simply because what's in the formula fully absorbs.
Excited to try a liposomal vitamin b as I don’t think my current supplement is working. I’ve read that this one is higher quality and your body utilizes it
It’s hard to find vitamins B in liquid form so the child can take it. Quality promise to be very good, the only thing is - high price.
I’m not a big fan of the taste, but having a liquid form of Vitamin B helps as I don’t like swallowing pills. The fact that it is liposomal Vit B means is a bonus as i always believe that this delivery method is most effective.
great for my elderly at home since it is more easier to absorb than pills
