I purchased this as part of a Candida cleanse protocol I'm working with my Naturopath Dr. I find it very gentle on my stomach and have not noticed any reactions. I would recommend.
Largest dosage Saccharomyces Boulardii. Amazing support if you got a traveler's diarrhoea or stomach flu, works within a few hours. One of the must have supplement at our home.
I am 70 years old and have taken probiotics for intestinal health for many, many years. Recently, I noticed a change in bowel comfort and discovered that S.Boullardii can help improve gut health while improving absorption of nutrients, so I gave it a try. Since it is not a probiotic that lives in the intestines long term, I take it regularly before meals and have seen a definite improvement in bowel function. I will continue using it long term. I like this formula because of its purity, as I have multiple food sensitivities.
I was advised to take a Saccharomyces Boulardii supplement as I have Inflammatory Bowel Disease. It’s not IBS - IBD is like it’s angrier older cousin, and the two most common types are Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn’s Disease. I’m “inconclusive” for those, but mine seems milder, so for once, I’m quite happy to be inconclusive!! However, the IBD still leads to…digestive pyrotechnics…and my gut needs help. Saccharomyces Boulardii is included in many mixed probiotics, but I needed a higher guaranteed quantity and quality, so take both a regular mixed probiotic and the SB (too hard to write the full name again!) and whilst my issues are still there, everything has become much less…violent! No ‘accidents’ have happened either, which I cannot adequately express my relief at!! I even use less toilet paper overall. It’s such a simple thing to add in to the day, for such great results.
Such a valuable probiotic! Can be taken alongside antibiotics to minimise yeast overgrowth, can eradicate sibo and reduce diarrhoeal illness.
