I have been struggling with IBS symptoms for a few years now and nothing seemed to alleviate the discomfort like the Trace Minerals probiotic. I don’t feel bloated anymore and constipation is a thing of the past. It definitely helped the intestinal microbiome because now I can eat foods I couldn’t digest before due to excessive gas. I love that it comes in a glass bottle and that it doesn’t contain any other ingredients. This is by far the best probiotic supplement I’ve ever tried!

I chose this particular probiotic supplement because it contains 55 billion colony-forming units. While most studies show that 10-20 million CFU are adequate for probiotic benefits, larger CFUs may be more suitable for individuals requiring significant support and/or seeking relief from certain health conditions. In microbiology, colony-forming unit is a unit which estimates the number of microbial cells in a sample that are viable, able to multiply via binary fission under the controlled conditions. This one also has few other ingredients.
