This is so delicious, its by Primal Kitchen which is Mark Sisson - hes so brilliant in the Keto field. All his food are fabulous, organic and delishimo, all keto and good for you. I can eat dairy of-course, but really enjoy his foods and I take the Collagen. It gives you energy to exercise, I do 30 mins during the week.

I was finally able to enjoy alfredo sauce again with this ever since I've stopped eating dairy. This sauce tastes very much like the ones with dairy but without all the unhealthy ingredients. The only down side is that it needs to be finished within 5 days after opening. So I pour the sauce into an ice cube tray and freeze it to save the rest for later use. I don't mind the extra work if it doesn't contain lots of preservatives.

In a pinch, this is a good backup option for those who can't take dairy but want a creamy pasta sauce. However, I don't personally like this as there is something about the flavor profile that I don't really enjoy. I added some pasta water, nutritional yeast, garlic and onion powder, and a sweet and smoky spice blend and it was a bit more palatable.
