It’s hard to find prenatal vitamins without iron, but I cannot take iron supplements due to a medical condition. These do not contain iron, but they also don’t have any sugar alcohols or weird ingredients. I also appreciate that there’s DHA from algal oil included in them. A lot of prenatal vitamins have DHA or fish oil in them, but most often, the source of the fish oil is tuna… which is high in mercury. These are much safer. I’ve delivered and breastfed two healthy baby girls while taking these, so that counts for something. They also taste great.
