I just started taking these today but I already like them because they have all kinds of great nutrients and herbs to nourish and create a better thought process. I also take phosphatidyl serine to help with memory. So I’ll see if this helps even more. These do help your body as well with quality ingredients. So you couldn’t go wrong taking these just to have anti-aging properties. I’m only taking one so far a day because I don’t want to have to reorder every month but it says to take two. There’s 60 softgels in the bottle. I like softgels because I feel they deliver faster and are fresher constituents than dry capsules and tablets.

super effective for increasing focus, less distractions, and higher mental performance overall. i take 2 daily, the dosage says 3. 2 works well for me. The ingredients are such a great blend.. though it tastes HORRIBLE, it is worth it! i recommend putting it in the fridge, and don't panic if they reach u a bit oily, my guess its the MCT. just keep them in the fridge and DON'T take on an empty stomach you'll burp the taste all day :)
