MRM is a very good brand! I really like their products due high quality and recommend them. I liked this product because present pure ingredient and composition: 1.000 mg of HMB per caps! You do not have to take a lot of pills, it is very concentrated. It worth what you pay!
I'm a big HMB fan! I've been lifting for 20+ years and think that cycling it helps with muscle recovery and endurance. I'm not old, but I'm getting older and haven't slowed down a bit. HMB supposedly helps folks starting out increase muscle faster too. If you're eating right, I think this is a good addition to your training.
After reading about the benefits of HMB, I am buying this for my husband who is recovering from heart and kidney failure. He has been unable to exercise and this is the product we need to help him build lean muscle as he recovers and begins to work out again. Price was more than reasonable and we are looking forward to good results.

Really useful for before and after the gym specially after a hard workout I take one capsule before my workout and one capsule after really helps with not feeling sour for the day after

I think this has been helpful for my recovery after an illness, but not sure. I have had no ill effects either. A bit pricey.
This is one supplement you may take for an extended period of time before you see noticeable effects. Ive use other brands before and in general they only sell bottles this size. The pills are bigger than average but not difficult to swallow. I would like to see a bigger content of pills and a better deal in price. Recommended nonetheless
