Amazing stuff! Many awesome benefits such as unclogging arteries, removing scar tissue, fighting infections, lung health and reducing inflammation. Interestingly when I take it I feel like my sinuses are more clear and moist and it's easier for me to breathe. I will for sure always keep some serrapeptase in my supplement collection. Do recommend to start at a lower amount such as this one and work up to 120,000 if you do plan on going that high.

This is a must have for people with joints pain from chronic fatigue syndrome. My husband became much less grumpy since I bought serrapeptase for him. This is already the third time I am buying it. This serrapeptase is of 40000 SPUs dosage, so not as strong as 120000 SPUs, but still will do the job if pain is not severe. On a bad day husband just takes 2 pills. He takes a capsule first thing in the morning just after waking up and doesn't eat at least for 2 hours after. 180 capsules are sufficient for half a year, but when he feels really unwell, he takes 2, so normally it lasts 4,5 -5 months for him. Capsules are of rather big size but still easy to swallow and without taste.

Size of the capsules is rather big but not difficult to swallow. I take one capsule daily after waking up.

Before this one I was taking serrapeptase with 120 000 SPUs, but it was out of stock, so I ordered this one with 40 000 SPUs. I feel better after taking it - no joints pain and clear nose in the morning. But when I ran out and stopped taking it, all my pain was back. I take just one pill after waking up.
