I've been giving this supplement to my husband for a few weeks now. I ran out of my probiotic and have taken it a couple of times as well. I do like this, as it has a lot more of the probiotics than many of the other brands, and it includes digestive enzymes. I find that with all probiotic supplements they seem to work better when they are taken with a meal and not a whole pile of other supplements. Water (throughout the day-staying hydrated) and fiber also help with their ability to get where they need to go to work properly.
Garden of Life was acquired by Nestle which usually is a big no-buy. However, this product offers many enzymes and also some probiotics. Maybe I just bought it because I'm used to it from the time when Garden of Life was still a great company. It seems to be not bad but looking for a good alternative because of the rather recent Nestle ownership.
