Great quality. Easy to consume. Size is good. And helpful before meals especially when you know you're going to be having something different and need that extra help for digestion. Have not noticed any side effects whatsoever and seems to work on the most sensitive stomachs. No taste to mention.

I was pleased with these but have to admit that the enzymes by Rainbow light and Pure Synergy are way more effective and you really feel the difference with just one capsule. Now, having said that - I only took 1 or two capsules of these enzymes and the directions say to take between 1-3, so maybe if I took 3 each time, I would feel the effects more. Overall though - its a great product and clean ingredients (which are so important). I also want to add, that I didnt have ANY bloating or gut discomfort while I was on vacation (main reason why I bought these as sometimes when we travel and try new/different foods - they may not sit well). My tummy was happy and flat and I went to the bathroom on a regular which are all WINS for me!!!
Honestly the ingredient list is much better than the sunshine nutrition one that i usually purchase but I don't know if it's helping my mum exactly the same or differently. Especially when it comes to feeling gaseous after a meal. I think some more time is necessary to assess it. But right now not seeing much change in her acidity problems.
