Rewarded Review

Korean eyeshadow has a reputation for not being highly pigmented – but Etude House’s Lavender Land 10-color palette has good color payoff, is long wearing and - remarkably – doesn’t crease. I tried them upon arrival without a primer and was surprise not only by the delightful pigmentation – but by the fact that a few hours later they looked fresh: product hadn’t faded, moved or settled into my “mature” eyelid lines. The palette is a cohesive mix of matte (3) , satin/ shimmer (4) and glitter (3) shades and while I’m well past the expiry date for anything glitter– this palette provides versatility to allow for trendy to classic looks. (Shade list is below.) Korean eye shadow also seems to skew towards warm tones and this palette is no exception. There’s more “land” here than “lavender” – so purple lovers beware. Overall, the colors are unique and the product is highly recommended. I hope iHerb stocks additional color sets from Etude House. I would certainly buy them. Etude House’s Lavender Land shades are: Purple fantasy: shimmering purple brown with greenish glitter (very unique!) Night garden stroll: matte deep brown Sunset in Provence: shimmering pink /brown Dried flower: matte pink /brown Purple scent: shimmering warm purple with white glitter Lavender ice cream: matte (super pale) lavender shade (low color payoff) Lavender festival: satin purple Purple flower: burgundy purple with gold shimmer Please answer: champagne gold with glitter Good night lavender: bronze shade with soft shimmer
