I take this in combination with L-Thyrosine and Advanced DHA from Thorne to build back some of the energy lost over 40+ years of undiagnosed ADHD. I also take Elvanse/Vyvanse 60mg. When I take the Thorne supplements along with the meds I feel less drained than when I only take my meds.

Very good quality the only negative the expensive price but you take what you pay. phosphatidylserine can lower cortisol spikes in response to stress i was having too high cortisol on my last blood check that was keeping me awake but this product correct this problem and gave me deep sleep.
